The Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele is a young yet already world known centre for biological and neuroscience research based in Milan, Italy. Following its mission to know “What is man?” (Quid est homo) the centre produces in a year over one hundred international publications in the most important scientific journals of medicine, biology, neuroscience and psychology.
The Vision Sciences Laboratory of the Università Vita-Salute conducts interdisciplinary basic and applied research in physiology and psychophysics in collaboration with various national and international institutions. Its primary research topics are spatial perception, eye-movements, transaccadic integration, perception of motion and perception of time.
